our story
I THOUGHT I WAS BAD AT BEING ORGANIZED.
For years, I was the person with half-filled notebooks, forgotten lists, and ideas scattered across whatever paper was closest. I’d been called messy, scattered, and inconsistent enough times that I started believing it.
So I tried the planners, the routines, and all the systems that promised to make me more focused. Some worked for a week. None of them felt like mine.
Eventually, I realized I wasn’t bad at being organized. I just needed tools that made room for how my brain actually works.
That’s why I made Okay Word: three notebooks for planning, writing, and sketching without one perfect system to follow. They’re simple, well-made, and meant to be used however you need.
Okay Word isn’t here to fix you. It’s here to give your thoughts somewhere to go.
