When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory issues, incorrect pricing, or shipping restrictions.

Your order is not confirmed until payment has been processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

4. Final Sale Policy

All Okay Word sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at shop@ok-word.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, sale items, gift cards, opened products, used products, or items damaged after delivery.

5. Prices, Payment, and Billing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, import duties, or other fees unless expressly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, and shipping information for all purchases. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or events outside of our control.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us at shop@ok-word.co and we will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

All content on our website, including but not limited to our name, logo, branding, product names, designs, photography, text, graphics, images, videos, and website layout, is owned by Okay Word or used with permission.
